Entering your Shipping Address:

Please provide the Buzzer Number or Pass Code to your building, if applicable. If you are shipping to a work address, please also enter the business name. We regret that free shipping does not apply to PO Boxes.

Contact Lens Orders:

Free shipping on all contact lens orders.

Labtician Ophthalmics:

Free shipping on orders of 3 or more Labtician items (Blephagel, Hyabak, Thealoz Duo). This can be 3 of the same item, 1 each of 3 different items, or 2 of an item plus 1 of another item.

$8.00 shipping fee on orders of 2 or fewer Labtician items.

Please select the $13.95 shipping option even if your shipping fee should be $0.00 or $8.00. The shipping fee will be adjusted to the correct amount before your order is processed.

I-MED Pharma:

Free shipping is not available on I-MED items. To avoid a shipping charge, you may pick these items up at the office (appointment and COVID screening required); please wait for a staff member to contact you before coming to the office.

Ordering Information:

If you use our Sightly app to purchase product(s), payment must be received by Downtown Eye Care & The Contact Lens Department prior to release of an order, unless otherwise agreed by us. We may need to verify information you provide before an order is accepted and may cancel or limit an order any time after it has been placed, including but not limited to the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or other error. If payment already has been made and your order is cancelled or limited, we will refund any payment you made for the product that will not be shipped due to cancellation or limitation of an order in the same tender as the original purchase.

Delivery Time:

Unless otherwise noted, we will use our best efforts to ship products within 5-10 business days of the receipt of a properly completed order. You understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

To keep you informed after you place your order, you will receive an Order Receipt emailed to you to confirm your order details. Once your order has been prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification with carrier and tracking information.
